Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that there are circumstances when you need a replacement. Here are some rundowns on our refund and return policy. 

1. Unused products can be returned within 30 days from the time of delivery if the product has a manufacturer defect.
2. The return shipping fee to CA Warehouse will be shouldered by you. 

A refund will not be issued in the following cases:

1. If the film on the mouth of the bottle and the main body is peeled off. It is considered used. 
2. The refund was requested after the 30-day time limit. 
3. Product returned for refund or replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging. 
4. If the product obtained cracks, dents, or scratches. 
5. If proof of purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
